Tyra Campion is a corporate, real estate, and securities paralegal who assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, and commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. She assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and other documents, due diligence review, the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Tyra also has experience in the area of residential and commercial leasing, commercial evictions and related landlord/tenant remedies, statutory and judicial mortgage foreclosures, and receivership matters for distressed real estate. She also coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and performs real property searches for the firm. Tyra also specializes in corporate and securities law and has extensive experience working with companies and investors in a broad range of corporate transactions, including, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, credit finance, securities law compliance, debt and equity financings, initial public offerings, stock plan administration and corporate maintenance.
